- 2 Cups coffee w/ fat free Coffeemate- 100 cals
Breakfast:
- 2 eggs sunny side up- 142 cals
- Toast- 70 cals
Lunch:
-Chicken Sandwich- 330 cals
Snack:
- Bowl Frosted Flakes- 320 cals
- 1 orange- 62 cals
Dinner:
Burger with cheese, mayo, ketchup, no top bun- 430 cals
Total: 1454 calories
Not too bad. Really need to work on veggie consumption though. And eventually get some protein powder! ;)
