Stats 9/3/11

Exercise: 5.03 mile run

What I ate today:
-(Pre-run) Toast with natural peanut butter- 270 cals
- Coffee w/ fat free Coffeemate- 50 cals
- (Post-run) Chocolate Milk (1 cup raw milk, 1 Tbsp Nestle)- 190 cals
- Coffee w/ fat free Coffeemate- 50 cals

Breakfast:
- 3 eggs scrambled- 299 cals
- 1/4 cup yogurt- 62 cals

Lunch:
- Chicken Sandwich- 330 cals

Snack:
- Bowl Frosted Flakes- 320 cals

Dinner:
- 3 slices (1/4) pepperoni frozen pizza - 300 cals


Total: 1,871

Eh, so a not so good day.  My Saturdays tend to be a little lax.  We normally have fruit for snack, but the kids were *really* wanting cereal for snack so I caved.  But I guess if you substract the 500 calories from running 5 miles and the 300 or so for breastfeeding, I'd be on the low side!  This is why I can still eat not so great and get away with it.  Not for long though! ;)
